User-Manual for Lcheck

Lcheck is a lottery checker for either the National Lottery's main Lotto draw, Thunderball draw or the Euro Millions draw and is ideal for checking syndicate or multiple line tickets. From the iconbar click on the Lcheck icon and the main window will open up There is three sections to the main window the top section is for the main Lotto draw, the middle section is for the Thunderball draw and the bottom section is for the Euro millions draw. The Edit Numbers button will open up the text file in your text editor of choice where your draw numbers are kept. The file for the main Lotto numbers is called Number and the file for the Thunderball numbers is called Tball1 and the file for the Euro Millions is called Euro. The format for the numbers is two digits followed by a space, eg 01 23 43 etc. Once you have entered your numbers correctly save the file. To check to see if you have won anything, just enter the numbers drawn in the respective section and you are happy you entered them correctly hit the OK button. A new window will open called Results If you have no winning lines this window will display Sorry no winners. If you have a winning line or lines this window will tell you how many numbers and what line number it was on. Please Note this application does not check to see if you entered the same number more than once, or if the numbers you entered are to low or to high for the draw, as that would not guarantee that the numbers entered are those drawn and the results issued from this application is only good if the numbers entered are correct. The get numbers button will if wget has been seen by the computer download the drawn numbers from the National Lottery site and display them in a new window, which will display the last 11 draws and a Check This button next to each line, just click on the Check This button and this will put the numbers in the corresponding draw. The Euro Millions display of the last 11 draws may have a click here buttom under the raffle column, this is for the occassional Millionaire draw they have, where multiple millionaires are drawn, if you click on this button a new window will open with the date of the draw the numbeers drawn and the raffle numbers. |
